Atlas Visibility is committed to making atlasvisibility.com and the Atlas software application usable for visitors and account users with a wide range of access needs, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. This statement covers the interfaces Atlas controls, including signup, authentication, account setup, dashboards, subscription management, and support.
Atlas's accessibility work includes semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, skip links, responsive layouts, visible focus states, reduced-motion support, and first-party display preferences. Features and available preferences may differ between the marketing website and the software application.
Our Accessibility Goal
Atlas uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a recognized reference for its accessibility work where reasonably applicable. Accessibility depends on content, browsers, devices, assistive technologies, third-party components, and ongoing website and application changes, so this statement is a commitment to continued work and assistance rather than a representation that every page or interaction is error-free in every circumstance.
Accessibility Preferences
Where available, the accessibility button on the lower-left side of the interface lets visitors adjust motion, contrast, text size, reading spacing, focus support, and keyboard focus visibility. These settings are stored locally in the visitor's browser and are not sent to Atlas.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Atlas reviews website and application changes for clear headings, form labels, color contrast, keyboard access, and reduced-motion behavior as part of the normal website QA process.
Atlas uses a combination of automated checks and manual review, including keyboard and responsive-layout testing. Important forms, checkout steps, documents, and video content are reviewed as they are added or materially changed. Atlas works to provide captions, transcripts, text alternatives, or another reasonable format when needed.
Third-Party Content and Tools
Some pages may use a payment, scheduling, video, map, publishing, social, or other third-party service that Atlas does not fully control. Atlas asks providers to support accessible use and will work to address a reported barrier or provide a reasonable alternative when practicable. A third-party limitation does not prevent you from requesting assistance from Atlas.
Reasonable Assistance and Alternative Formats
If you cannot access information, complete a form, use a feature, or obtain a document through the available interface, Atlas will make a good-faith effort to provide reasonable assistance or an effective alternative format at no additional charge. Depending on the request, this may include help by email, accessible text, a transcript, a reformatted document, or another reasonable method.
Report an Access Barrier
If any part of the website or application is difficult to access, email team@atlasvisibility.com with the subject line "Accessibility Request," or use the contact page. Helpful details include the page URL, the issue encountered, the browser or device used, any assistive technology involved, and the format or assistance that would be useful. Do not include disability or medical information that is not needed to address the request.
Atlas will acknowledge and investigate accessibility requests as promptly as reasonably practicable, communicate about the available response or alternative, and prioritize barriers affecting important transactions or access to core information. Atlas does not require a person to use the accessibility preference tool before requesting assistance.
This statement does not waive rights or reduce obligations under applicable accessibility or nondiscrimination law. Display preferences supplement accessibility work; they do not replace correction of an access barrier or reasonable assistance.
